Well, camp is over and boy, did we have fun! I've updated each day's slideshow with new pictures (thanks Lisa) and I've also added new videos. Enjoy! PASSPORTkids! Camp 2007 - Day 3

Here's a look at the first half of Day 3. The kids are slowing down some, but still have plenty of energy and are having plenty of fun! I'll post the rest of Day 3 and Day 4 when we get back home later this afternoon/evening. We should be leaving Eagle Eyrie around 1:45-2:00 PM. We've had a great camp and I'm sure the children will be ready to share lots of stories when we get back home!

PASSPORTkids! Camp 2007 - Day 1

We arrrived at Eagle Eyrie shortly after 1 PM. We've spent the day so far getting registered, getting settled into our cabin, and getting introduced to this year's camp theme at the Opening Celebration. We just finished supper and are about to have worship at 7 PM. We're having a blast so far! Enjoy the pictures!

Welcome to the Westwood Baptist Church Children's Ministry blog. Here you will find information about our Children's Ministry and see updates and pictures of our various ministry events. We're going to kick off this blog by discussing our first big event this summer - PASSPORTkids! Camp at Eagle Eyrie Conference Center in Lynchburg, VA.

Camp is for all those children who are completing the 3rd-6th grades this year. We will have a great time at camp and will use this blog to keep people back home up-to-date with what is happening as well as to have a historical record of our time together at camp.
